Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

5-7 red potatoes quartered

Olive Oil

Salt

Thyme

Oregano

Directions

1. Wash and quarter potatoes.

2. Spread onto a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle olive oil.

4. Sprinkle salt, thyme and oregano over the potatoes.

5. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour till golden and puffy.

6. Stir a few times.

Notes

Fill the baking sheet up as much as you can.
