Mango Ice Cream

serves 4-6

Ingredients

4 egg yolks

1 cup coconut milk

1-2 cups mango - fresh or frozen

1 tablespoon vanilla

1/4 cup raw honey

Directions

1. Lightly heat coconut milk if honey needs to be dissolved.

2. Put coconut milk mixture in blended or food processor with egg yolks and vanilla.

3. Pour into ice cream maker till done.
