20 - 30 minutes
2 tablespoon lard or preferred healthy fat
1 medium cauliflower chopped into florets
2 organic zucchini peeled and chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
5 cups organic homemade meat stock or bone broth
1 cup homemade italian sausage - click for recipe
cultured sour cream
1. Heat oil in 4-8 quart pot and saute cauliflower and zucchini for 5-10 minutes.
2. Add homemade broth and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Add small pieces somewhat formed into balls into soup. Cooking till done 5-10 more minutes.
4. Adding cultured sour cream and Parmesan cheese to each bowl of soup.
