Homemade Italian Sausage


Prep Time

Ingredients

2-1/2 teaspoons sea salt (required)

3/4 teaspoon black pepper (required)

2 teaspoons ground sage

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

pinch of red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1-1/2 pounds fresh ground pastured pork

2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed (required) 

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Use in recipes or make into patties.
