10 apples of choice
1/4 cup tablespoons of ghee to taste
pinch of salt
cinnamon to taste
1. Peel, core and chop apples. Or use an apple peeler/corer.
2. Put into a pot with a little water and cook slightly covered.
3. When soft smash or blend as desired.
4. Add ghee, salt and cinnamon
5. When cool store in jar or container in the fridge.
I like my apples a little chunky.
I love to add some almond butter to my serving of applesauce.
