Garlic Squash

2 tablespoon healthy fat

1 organic yellow squash peeled if desired

2 organic zucchini, peeled if desired

1 onion sliced

2-3 garlic cloves minced

1 teaspoon salt


1. Heat fat in saute pan

2. Saute onion till soft.

3. Add yellow squash and zucchini for 5 minutes.

4. Add garlic and salt. Cook till soft and fragrant.
