Chocolate Ganache

Yields

1 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw fermented cocoa powder

1/2 cup melted pastured butter, partially cooled

1/4 cup raw honey

2 pinches unrefined salt

Directions

1. Put cocoa powder into small bowl.

2. With hand mixer blend in butter.

3. Add honey. Do not over mix.

Notes

The butter will separate if warmed too much. I put mine in the fridge till I needed it. I warmed it up on the stove but it began to separate. It was delicious yet hard to spread.
