Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 pound of cooked pastured/free range chicken chopped

1-2 organic celery stalk chopped

homemade mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

3-4 tablespoons flat leaf parsley chopped

salt and pepper to taste


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. 

2. Adjust taste as needed.

Notes

Eat between bread or on top of a salad. 

For variation add diced apples and walnuts.
