Cheesecake - Baked

Yields

1 - 9" deep pie dish

Ingredients

12 oz cultured cream cheese 

16 oz cultured sour cream

1/2 cup raw honey

1 pastured egg and 1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Pre-heat Bake at 300 to 325 degrees.

2. Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and honey until very smooth.  

3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.  

4. Pour into deep 9" pie dish.

5. Back 40 - 45 minutes (top of cheesecake should be set but not too firm).
