1 cup natural peanut butter or homemade roasted peanut butter (I use unsweetened but salted)
1/2 cup raw honey
1 pastured/free range egg
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1.Preheat oven to 325.
2.Mix together peanut butter, honey, egg and vanilla. Combine well.
3.Scoop onto a lined cookie sheet (batter will be very soft and sticky)
4.Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
To make the peanuts gut friendly. Buy raw peanuts, soak 4 cups in filtered water in 1 tablespoon of salt for 7 - 24 hours. Then dehydrate 12 - 24 hours. Then roast in oven for 20 minutes in 350 degree. When cool put 1-4 cups into the food processor and make butter.
